Bollywood Parks Dubai has announced it will close permanently on April 20, 2023. However, the iconic Raj Mahal venue will continue to be available for private events.

Bollywood Parks Dubai, the world's first-ever theme park dedicated to the Indian film industry, has closed its doors permanently, its owner DXB Entertainments announced. The park, which debuted in 2016 as a part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, is known for its six immersive zones that brought the colorful world of Bollywood to life through rides, attractions, and performances.

Dubai Parks and Resorts, on the other hand, is gearing up to unveil new attractions and experiences at the Middle East's largest theme park destination. In a statement released recently, the company stated that it is set to reveal "exciting details of the new attractions and experiences" over the coming months. The attractions will include the world's first-ever Real Madrid theme park, featuring football-themed rides and experiences.

In addition, Dubai Parks and Resorts has expanded Motiongate Dubai's Lionsgate area by including two new coasters based on popular films, John Wick and Now You See Me.

The closure of Bollywood Parks Dubai is a significant loss for the UAE's tourism industry, as the park attracted thousands of visitors every year, adding to the entertainment landscape of Dubai.
